We operate a customer-friendly feedback management desk and are happy to help you through your exchanges and returns. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help.
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or credit note. Kindly be aware
CASH REFUNDS are not available.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Goods returned must be in good and sellable conditions.
- Goods returned must have tags still on and be in original package.
- To enable us to serve others, kindly ensure returned goods have no stains, has not been worn or has no form of damage.
- We are happy to manage your returns with our 7 days return policy under the global return policy.
- Discounted (ON-SALE) items are not eligible for returns.
- White Colour items and Cream Colour items are not eligible for returns due to personal hygiene issues in line with the global return policy
To initiate a return or exchange, kindly complete the following steps:
- Send an email to hello@wealahkids.com stating item you will like to return.
- Attach a picture of the item and quote the Order ID
- We will contact you for the pickup of the item and our logistics partners will contact you – return cost applicable.
