Booking & service charge policy

The Original & The More the Merrier

A ₦100,000 booking payment is required to secure an at-home appointment. It is credited towards the customer’s final bill, which includes the Wealah outfits selected for purchase and a 10% concierge service charge on the total value of those outfits.

The booking payment is non-refundable, including where no outfits are purchased. It is not an additional charge on top of the final bill.

Customers are welcome to enjoy the experience without purchasing outfits. Any additional arrangements, cancellation conditions or rescheduling terms will be communicated by our team.

The Party Edit

The Party Edit is a host-funded event experience. Guests do not pay for their selected outfits. The host or event organiser pays for the agreed outfit allocation and event experience.

We provide a personalised quotation after reviewing the guest count, outfit allocation, event location, venue, setup and any additional requirements. A 70% deposit is due when the quotation is accepted. The remaining 30% is due 5–7 days before the event.

Any agreed cancellation conditions, rescheduling arrangements and inclusions will be set out in the quotation.
