Return eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 3 business days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective due to an error on our part, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Once verified, we will gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
Non-returnable items
- Items damaged after delivery.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used.
- Returns resulting from an incorrect size selection. We encourage all customers to review our size guide carefully before placing an order.
